Cookies used to analyze how the app is used – if you give your consent
We use cookies to analyze how the app is used, with the help of the analytics service provided by Mixpanel. These cookies use a pseudonymized version of your account ID that distinguishes you as a unique visitor. This ability to see unique users will enable us to see patterns in overall app usage and make informed decisions regarding improving the app for current and future users.
These cookies are only used if you have given us your consent, i.e. they are not strictly essential for enabling you to use the app. However, they really help our ability to improve it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
This means we gather information about your device/browser and your activities when using the app.
Cookies that are essential for enabling you to use the app
The app uses cookies to function. These cookies are necessary for us to provide the app you have explicitly requested, and therefore, your consent is not required for our use of these cookies. Essential cookies are used for the following reasons:
-
Gather relevant business information
We use cookies, which help us count monthly active users. This is necessary to keep track of our business progress and for our in-app messaging supplier, Product Fruits, to correctly bill us for in-app messaging services.
If you interact with our in-app messaging features like the Help Center, product tours, banners, pop-up messaging, and some tooltips, this activity will be tracked by our in-app messaging supplier, Product Fruits. We do not track any other unique user activity within the app without your consent.
These cookies use a pseudonymized version of your account ID and gather information about your device/browser.
-
Remember whether you have given your consent or not
To keep track of whether you have given your consent or not, we use a cookie to remember if you have chosen to consent to our use of cookies.
Which technologies we use
We use cookies or similar technology, which are small files that include identifiers that will allow the app to recognize and remember you, and to keep track of your preferences and habits while using the app. Certain cookies (so-called “temporary cookies” or “session cookies”) are temporarily stored on your device’s memory. The usage period for the cookies is limited to the duration of your session.
Your privacy
To protect your privacy, we have taken measures to avoid identifying you when you use the app. For instance, only an encrypted version of your IP address is used. This measure is done to avoid the possibility of identifying who you are. When information that can be connected directly or indirectly to you is processed, we will inform you in our privacy policies, which you can find here.
Your right to complain
If you want to make a complaint regarding our use of cookies, you can contact any supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in Sweden is the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (Post- och telestyrelsen, “PTS”).
We adopted this cookie policy on September 18, 2024.
